Triplenine Group started as a simple sheet steel fabricator, way back in 2001.
The Triplenine Group Story
The two founders, Joe Doyle and Justin Brooks, worked hard to deliver quality to customers, every time. As a result, the business grew, not just in size but in capability.
Sheet metal fabricators became pipe spoolers, coded welders, orbital welders.
They built spooling systems. Worked with exotic metals and learned to weld precisely at specific temperatures. Used modular construction techniques to build process skids.
They developed the skills to collaborate in designing systems. To project manage transport, installation and commissioning of new systems and upgrades.
Every time clients asked for something, the growing Triplenine Group team looked for ways to do it. We expanded our capability by hiring new people and by developing our existing ones.
But we never compromised on quality and safety, and we still don’t.
The company has relocated more than once as it grew. Since 2015, it has been based in Clyde in Western Sydney, with easy access to the Sydney region as well as to the entire East Coast of Australia. The premises include 1200m2 of workshop space plus an additional 1100m2 of yard space. This allows easy loading of skids or other equipment for transport to client sites, as well as space for fabrication and/or assembly work in the yard when required.
Triplenine Group now operates its own workshop in Clyde, near Parramatta. We have a core team of 28 working in our premises. We also send people to your sites when necessary. That could be for maintenance and repair, plant upgrade, or installation of a completely new plant.
In early 2025, Joe Doyle retired from the business to focus on personal pursuits, including spending more time with family and travelling. Since that time, Justin Brooks has assumed sole ownership, continuing to lead the business with the support of a highly experienced and trusted team.
Justin’s objective is to drive continued growth across the organisation—enhancing scale, capability and operational excellence—to ensure we consistently deliver for our existing clients while expanding our support to a broader client base.
In mid-2025, we opened a second workshop in Nowra. This is strategically based close to the Manildra Group site, enabling us to support both Manildra and other South Coast clients more effectively.

Triplenine is proud to have achieved accreditation as an ASSDA Accredited Fabricator, recognising our commitment to delivering high-quality stainless steel fabrication and engineering solutions.
This accreditation reflects the standards we have built our business on since 2001—technical excellence, skilled workmanship, robust quality systems and a commitment to continuous improvement.

The Australian Stainless Steel Development Association (ASSDA) Accredited Fabricator Program recognises businesses that demonstrate the capability, systems and expertise required to consistently deliver high-quality stainless steel fabrication.
Accreditation provides independent assurance that our processes, workmanship and quality management systems meet recognised industry standards, giving our clients confidence that their projects are being delivered by a trusted and competent fabrication partner.

Our Team
Justin started his career as a steel fabricator, but he’s always wanted to learn and grow.
Over more than 20 years, he’s guided Triplenine Group to business increase in both size and expertise. He wants that to continue.
His personal passion is design, and he’d love to take on more turnkey projects, where Triplenine Group partners with you from start to finish. His vision is to expand the business further, strengthening capability in design and in electrical work, so that we can deliver all you expect and more.

Tim started his career in brewing and quickly advanced to leadership positions, including time as a Manufacturing Manager for Lion and Darrell Lea. He’s also been responsible for HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment and Quality) as well as HR and Training. He joined Triplenine Group as General Manager Operations in March 2025.
Tim is passionate about coaching and developing the people working with and for him. By helping them to grow, work together, identify and implement opportunities, he creates wins for individuals and the business alike.
