Triplenine Group clients have manufacturing plants which run continuously. The tiniest variation on the surface could cause friction, affect flow, or allow impurities to collect. For our clients in food, beverage and pharmaceutical manufacturing, that’s not acceptable. Precision is essential.
It’s also an ideal solution when engineering designs require one or a few custom parts, or for maintenance work where we are replacing a worn or broken part.
In-house CNC machining capability
In June 2025, Triplenine Group took delivery of a new Hurco 3-Axis CNC milling machine.
The Hurco is space-efficient, with a surprisingly small footprint in the workshop. 3-axis CNC milling means we can produce more intricate and complex components as well as flat parts.
On some occasions, clients require oversize components which we cannot manufacture on our equipment. We partner with trusted CNC machining specialists so we can supply these as well. You enjoy an end-to-end service for all your machining and fabrication needs.
