We arrange both internal and third-party non-destructive testing, so you can be confident in the quality of our work.
Testing and certification is based on your specifications where provided, or on our experience with similar projects.
Non-destructive testing we have arranged includes
Hydrostatic testing
Pressure testing with compressed air or nitrogen for specialty gases or powders where water is inappropriate
Visual weld inspection, including internal inspection of piping via borescope
(many of our pharmaceutical clients require 100% borescope inspection)Ultrasonic testing
Radiographic testing
Magnetic particle testing
Dye penetrant testing
