AstraZeneca Solution Preparation Suites

AstraZeneca first employed Triplenine Group in 2012 to upgrade an existing solution preparation suite. After delivering the new fitout on time and within budget, we have worked with AstraZeneca to upgrade an additional 7 suites as well as other services.

Solution Preparation Suites

Each suite requires precision welding, testing and strict adherence to pharmaceutical-grade QA standards. Key elements of the upgrades include:

• Fabrication of the internal access platform, stainless steel wall plates and wall and ceiling plates

• Installation of platform sections around the central tank

• Electrical cabling

• Integration of the suites systems and power with other parts of the plant as required

Additional AstraZeneca Project: Water Room (2018)

In 2018 Triplenine Group also installed a new water room for AstraZeneca. This dedicated clean room included:

• Storage tanks

• RO (reverse osmosis) pre-treatment skid

• WFI (Water for Injection) still

• Pure steam generator

• Heat exchangers

• Distribution systems through the plant to production suites, laboratories, cleaning stations etc

All equipment was craned into the building, and adjusted to final position before we installed interconnecting piping and required services piping.

Additionally, we installed new hot and cold WFI and pure steam ring mains throughout the plant.
