Baxter Healthcare Sterile Mix Room Installation
Scope of Triplenine Group’s Work
Baxter selected us to install a new wet product mix room at their Toongabbie expansion. This two stage process consisted of full off-site assembly and on-site installation.
We assembled all process tanks, equipment and piping in our Silverwater workshop.
Installation of new process equipment and integration of the new piping to existing process systems was carried out of production hours to avoid downtime to the existing plant.

Key Features of this Project
Off-site assembly in our workshop decreased downtime significantly, and reduced the project overrun caused by delays in other parts of the project.
All product contact tube was 100% orbital welded and 90% internally inspected.
Full QA documentation was compiled through the build phase to support smooth operations.
