At Triplenine Group, we provide accurate surface finish inspection and surface roughness testing using our Mitutoyo SJ-201 Surface Roughness Tester.
This high-precision instrument enables us to measure and verify surface roughness (Ra, Rz) across stainless steel and specialty alloy components, both in our workshop and on-site.
Surface finish is critical in hygienic and high-purity applications, particularly across pharmaceutical, food & beverage, and process piping systems where cleanability and compliance are essential. Our team performs detailed surface roughness measurements to ensure components meet specified finish requirements and relevant industry standards.
All inspections are supported by clear, traceable surface finish reports, giving clients confidence that required Ra values and quality standards have been achieved. This forms a key part of our quality assurance process for high-specification fabrication and installation projects.
