ABOUT TRIPLENINE GROUP


The TRIPLENINE Group is a privately owned business specialising in Stainless Steel materials with a vision of providing the highest quality mechanical engineering support and services in the market.


Since our formation in 2001, the company has grown into a versatile operation with the ability and expertise to construct a diverse range and size of piping, equipment and mechanical installation projects using both manual and Automatic techniques.


Our company Principals have over 40 years of exp cross Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Semiconductor, Food & Beverage and Pharmaceutical industries providing a sound knowledge of the specialist Stainless steel design, fabrication and installation skills required in these areas.


In 2007 due to increased Growth the business was relocated to Fariola St. Silverwater 


In 2015, To allow us more flexibility in servicing our site projects a decision was made to move the business to its current location in Granville, the geographical centre of Sydney. 

The new premises is 1200m2 of workshop space plus a further 1100m2 yard space allowing yard fabrication and assembly of large items and ease of loading transport.


This strategic move allows the business greater flexibility in operations and ease of servicing those clients located within New South Wales as well as along the East Coast of Australia.


Along with room for growth and in line with the demand in clients requirements for large scale off site production, TRIPLENINE’S expanded capabilities encompass full workshop facilities including CNC waterjet cutting and CNC sheetmetal cutting and folding.

TRIPLENINE are equipped to fabricate stainless steel sheet metal items right up to fabrication of large storage vessels offering a complete turn-key Solution to our various valued clients construction needs. Of course, our comprehensive orbital welding capabilities have significantly increased over the years offering the latest technology in orbital welding and weld traceability.


Our real expertise is at the design phase. From initial consultation with clients in understanding their needs through to design layouts, equipment and material selections and then final installation, commissioning, training and O&M manual preparation we pride ourselves on partnering closely with our clients every step of the way to ensure all works are completed within the time frame and scope of works provided.


Today TRIPLENINE has at its disposal, a comprehensive range of plant and equipment coupled with highly experienced and well trained staff. On top of this, our impeccable safety record indicates a real commitment to Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S).


The TRIPLENINE Group is also an accredited Australian Stainless Steel Development Association (ASSDA) member and fabricator.

ORGANISATIONAL STRUCTURE


Company Directors 
Our Company Directors maintain the overall responsibility for setting the company’s corporate and quality goals and ensuring that they are met through the appropriate and timely allocation of resources. This responsibility is exercised through co-founder and company Principal, Justin Brooks. The company Directors are also responsible for monitoring, reviewing and maintaining the quality and safety management systems regularly.
Quality Representative/ Quality Manager
The member of the management team who is allocated the role of Quality Representative/Quality Manager has the responsibility and authority to manage the day-to-day operation of the quality system, including advising Company Directors on the performance of the system. The Quality Representative/Quality Manager is also responsible for conducting training in quality awareness.
Management Team
This responsibility for seeing that the company’s quality goals are translated into operational effectiveness is delegated by the Company Directors to Company Principals. This includes accountability for the quality outcomes of all sub-elements and/or individuals, including subcontractors.
Supervisors
Supervisors are responsible for implementing the quality and safety system on a day-to day basis. They are also responsible for conducting work skills training. Supervisors are responsible to company Principals for the exercise of this responsibility.
All Staff

New Headquarters

In 2007, the business moved to its current location in Silverwater – the geographical centre of Sydney. This strategic move allows the business greater flexibility in operations and ease of servicing those clients located within New South Wales as well as along the East Coast of Australia.
