TRIPLENINE QUALITY POLICY

OBJECTIVES

  • Use our Quality Management System (QMS) as a tool in achieving best practice outcomes across the organisation;
  • Ensure continuous improvement via our QMS detection system to identify shortfalls and stimulate process improvement;
  • To develop a complete set of documentation outlining all elements of design, installation and operation for each client.
TRIPLENINE utilises the full range of our management, technical staff, machinery labour resources and experience to provide a comprehensive service to our clients ensuring our projects are completed efficiently to the highest quality, environmental and Safety Standards.
We offer a variety of testing services when required to ensure all requirements have been exceeded including the following:
  1. Dye Penetration Testing
  2. Pressure Testing
  3. Radiography
  4. Surface roughness measurement
  5. Boroscope inspection
To enable better communication and in turn enhance productivity And efficiency, we recognise clients prefer to deal with a single Contractor, rather than many.

The TRIPLENINE Group works closely with each client to ensure both internal and external regulatory compliance requirements are met. Our objective is to provide the client with appropriate documentation that satisfies the requirements of both TRIPLENINE’s services, the product and also the client’s expectations through the provision of quality products, after sales service and ongoing technical support.

Thorough planning ensures any required changes to project scope are conducted in a controlled manner and that the integrity of the Quality Management System is maintained with the understanding of Continual improvement, suitability, customer satisfaction and measurable objectives.
