NU-PURE BEVERAGES

Completed May 2020

TRIPLENINE were engaged by Nu-Pure Beverages to install their new state of the art water processing & bottling facility in Sydney's western suburbs.

All new production, packaging and support equipment infrastructure was installed to accommodate production requirements for the Sydney region.

The new facility self-manufactures plastic containers, then fill and package for distribution via a new Krones blow fill packing line.

ASTRAZENECA

Completed April 2020

Since 2012 Triplenine have successfully implemented a number of projects critical to the manufacture of a number of respiratory drugs.
Typical of projects in the pharmaceutical industry, this project required strict attention to purity and compliance with safety and aseptic regulations. Triplenine's extensive experience with and knowledge of the regulatory and safety requirements for the projects like this one ensured that the systems would meet the compliance and quality benchmarks.

MANILDRA GROUP


Beverage grade ethanol plant
Completed July 2018

In conjunction with All Construction Engineering, Triplenine were contracted by Manildra Group to install their new beverage grade ethanol plant. The new plant will take industrial grade ethanol from the existing plant refine it further into ethanol fit for human consumption.
The project involved civil works, steel erection, equipment and piping installation within the perimeter of the new plant and bringing services to the new plant.

LION 


CRAFT BREWERY - OVERSEAS PASSENGER TERMINAL

TRIPLEINNE was contracted by LION to design detail and fit out the new craft brewery at the overseas passenger terminal at Sydney harbour.
While the project was small there were some challenging aspects of this - Site location, equipment install, work environment.
In the end the project was a rewarding one and one we have been proud to be involved with

BOC GASES
Completed May 2018

Triplenine were engaged by BOC GASES to supply equipment and labour for the installation of all critical piping and services piping for their new specialty gases mixing plant. The project involved bringing high pressure raw gases to the new building, new mixing system and laboratory testing area.

Completed November 2017

This project involved two separate contracts for Triplenine. 

 

Triplenine were contracted by Pacific Process out of New Zealand to install the new spring water processing plant

Through BECA Triplenine were engaged by ASAHI directly to install the services to the new water plant and Krones filling line.

STARCH DRYER 5
Completed November 2016

TRIPLENINE were engaged by Manildra Group for mechanical of installation equipment and piping associated with their new starch dryer project.
The project involved installation of equipment and piping with the new structure, external tank farm adjacent to the new structure, gravity feed tank bund located on the roof and a service pipebridge from the existing plant.

BUNDABERG BREWED DRINKS


FULLY AUTOMATED BREWHOUSE 
Completed June 2015

Triplenine was contracted by Bundaberg Brewed Drinks to upgrade their existing soft drink plant in Bundaberg, QLD.  
A total of 27 new vessels were installed including - Batch sugar dissolving & Storage, Cooking Stage, Wort Mix Stage, Fermentation Stage, Filtrate Holding Stage, Brew Mixing Stage, Brew/Syrup Holding, CIP, vessels ranged in size from 2k lt up 25k lt.

BLUE TONGUE BREWERY

This project was carried out as a joint venture between TFG Pty Ltd and Triplenine Group, the joint venture was contracted by Ziemann Germany to install the full process system for the complete brewery including packaging.
The project  the brewhouse, the cellar and fermentation vessels as well as all other vessels and equipment need to complete the process. In all it required about 24km of pipework was installed.

Completed Jan 2011

Design detail, construct and install a new Feng Shui approved canopy over the new star city casino main entrance.

A total of 16 tonnes of of '316' type Stainless steel was used to construct the new canopy.

Pharmaceutical Project 



Pharmaxis- Frenches Forrest NSW 


Triplenine was contracted by Hooker Cockram builders to supply a turn key WFI water production system and distribution loop. The design was based on client URS. The system consisted of a 500lt per hr RO system feeding the RO water to the WFI unit, the distribution loop was set to run hot at 65deg C consistently, a secondary loop was installed fed from the main loop which cooled the water to required user points.
