TRIPLENINE & TFG partnership

This project was carried out as a Joint Venture between TFG Pty and TRIPLENINE (TFG/999 JV). The JV was contracted by Ziemann, based in Germany, to install the full process system for the brewery – including packaging. On this project, the TFG/999 JV completed a full installation of the brewhouse, cellar and fermentation vessels. On top of this, the JV also completed all other equipment such as pumps, heat exchangers, valves and instruments – all critical equipment needed to complete the brewing process.

All in all, this required approximately 24km of pipework with the majority of welding being completed by specialists in sanitary welding.

The TFG/999 JV engaged tradesmen who met the highest quality industry standards to ensure the objective of the Bluetongue Brewery installation. As well as the sanitary welding specialists, the Joint Venture partners had fitters and electricians on site, as well as a Project Management team.

For the majority of the project, the JV supplied around 50 crew – increasing to 60 upon installation of the bottling plant.

The biggest challenge faced by the Joint Venture partners was the fact the project required complete installation and commissioning within an 8 month time frame which was achieved.
