Working from a detailed 3D model and comprehensive scope, Triplenine Group provided full mechanical fabrication and installation services across multiple production areas, including:

• Water Treatment Area: Installation of a new mixproof valve skid, carbon tower pipework modifications, and integration of additional microfiltration and silver ion treatment units to enhance product quality and capacity.

• Tank Farm: Reconfiguration of purified water and spring water storage tank connections for improved product flow and operational flexibility.

• New Line 3 Operational Area: Installation of break tank, pumps, dual UV treatment skids, silver ion unit, filtration systems, high-pressure receiver, and associated stainless steel pipework and supports.

• Utilities Plant Room: Expansion of process cooling water, chilled water, and compressed air systems, including installation of new pumps, filters, and pipework to support additional production line requirements.

• Utilities Connections to Line 3: Extensive chilled water and compressed air reticulation, including provision for multiple local dropper points to optimise operational efficiency.

• CIP Skid Upgrade: Replacement of outlet CIP lines, installation of a new CIP supply pump, and increased line sizing to meet higher cleaning flow rates.
