TRIPLENINE have recently been engaged by Parnell Laboratories to replace their existing WFI & pure steam production systems. Together with our system partners Elettracqua we were able to provide a solution that fitted the limited space and also increase the production capacity by 50%. Included in the order is a new fully heat sanitisable dual pass RO + EDI pre-treatment system feeding the WFI still and PSG.
Also included in the scope is the integration of the existing distribution system controls which will allow the complete system to be controlled from one point. Another unique offering from Triplenine Group which highlights our innovation and flexibility.

Orbital Welding was first introduced in the late 1960’s as a way to reduce the weight of hydraulic and fuel systems on commercial aircraft.
In the Pharmaceutical Industry: In the late 1970’s orbital welding began to be used for Pharmaceutical water systems as a way to eliminate any Contamination or areas where water may be retained for possible bacteria Growth…as can happen with manual welding.
In the Semiconductor Industry: In the early 1980’s with the explosion in semiconductors orbital welding was introduced as a method to improve Yields through improved gas purity and leak integrity.

The meaning of the word engineering has changed since it was first coined in the 14th century but it plays an increasingly significant role in modern technology and process systems. The term ‘engineering’ is derived from the word ‘engineer’, which dates back to 1390, when an engineer was a constructor of military engines. But in today’s world, any engineer worth his salt knows how to multi-task. Put simply, engineering is the application of scientific and mathematical knowledge to solve problems in the real world, and the four major disciplines of engineering are mechanical, civil , electrical and chemical . Whilst traditionally an engineer would specialise in just one discipline, today’s breed have to be polymaths. In modern times, a process engineer is often expected to have knowledge of mechanical, electrical and electronic systems, as well as software design, and engineering for safety. As process systems come to rely more and more on electronics and connectivity, the level of multidisciplinary knowledge a process engineer requires increases.
