Asahi Beverages Spring Water Plant

Triplenine Group had two separate contracts in relation to this plant.

Asahi Beverages contracted us in relation to process and services systems and piping, including:

• Pipe bridges

• Cooling tower water

• Reclaim

• Sodium Hydroxide

• High pressure compressed air (40Bar)

• Low pressure compressed air

• Steam and condensate

• Hygiene station

• Towns water

• Trade waste

• Storm water

Pacific Process hired us to provide detailed design, fabrication, installation and commissioning of all process services based on their design work. This contract included:

• Tanker unload

• Spring water Storage Silos and Manifolds

• Carbon Filter

• Micro Filter and UV Treatment

• Ozonation

• CIP Kitchen

• Services Pipe Work
