Modular construction of plant equipment off-site has multiple benefits:
Fabrication takes place in a controlled workshop environment. With machinery already on site, clear workspace and good light, fabrication is easier and faster.
Installation at your plant is also faster. This is especially beneficial when you are expanding or upgrading an operational plant. In many cases, we are able to schedule installation during down-time so there is no impact on production.
Our skids and manifolds are custom-built to match client specifications. You may supply your own drawings, or we can collaborate on the design process.
All skids and modules are tested in the workshop before transport to your site for installation and commissioning.
Triplenine Group has built process skids ranging from small pipe manifolds to large units such as reverse osmosis water treatment units.
