Manildra Gluten Dryer 8 Mechanical Installation

Triplenine Group was commissioned to manufacture and install piping for Manildra Group’s new state-of-the-art Gluten Dryer 8 facility in Bomaderry.

This included:

• 12 kilometres of stainless-steel tubing, fabricated to stringent food-grade hygienic standards. Our specialist welders ensured every joint met the highest quality requirements, with argon purging and careful polishing to maintain a flawless internal finish for optimal cleanability.

• Offsite fabrication and pre-spooling of piping assemblies. Restricted site space and the unique design of the new building, which spans five levels and is separated into wet and dry process areas, made this the best solution.

• Integrating complex piping networks, process tanks and support systems into a sophisticated food processing facility, with dedicated wet and dry areas, hygienic labour and precision process systems

We combined workshop precision, onsite expertise, and strong project coordination, to meet the demanding schedule and quality standards of this turnkey mechanical installation.
